Integration of multi-omics analyses with QSP models using metabolic knowledge graph

In this talk, I will present the challenges posed by different omics data. I will introduce the concepts and methods that underlie the integration of these data with metabolic knowledge graphs. I will conclude with a few applications of this methodology and the mechanistic insights it can offer in the drug development process.
