Pharmacometrics (PMx) Data Programming SIG Presentation In this presentation, we will discuss how automation tools are utilized to achieve accelerated timelines for internal decisions and submissions while maintaining quality, patient safety, and data integrity. We will explore the use of large language models and prompt engineering for exploratory dataset preparation and visualizations. A metadata-driven approach will be explored to create PMx dataset to improve the efficiency. Additionally, we will examine tools that streamline often-tedious tasks in data review, quality assurance, and exploratory data analysis, offering a customizable automated approach that emphasizes flexibility, reusability, reproducibility, and traceability. Finally, we will discuss the scriptable reporting tool, that simplifies the insertion and customization of tables and plots into PMx reports while avoiding manual updates to reports, thus enhancing the efficiency of report generation.
