Zheng Yang holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Peking University and a Ph.D. in Pharmacokinetics from theUniversity of Minnesota. He is the Principal at Excelsius LLC, a PK/PD consulting firm, and formerly spent 25 years at Bristol Myers Squibb. He was also VP of DMPK and Bioanalysis at Alnylam. A seasoned drug hunter andinnovator, Zheng champions model-based approaches to optimize PK/PD translation in drugdevelopment. He has authored 90 peer-reviewed papers and received multiple honors, including the AAPS Graduate Student Symposium Award, AAPS Meritorious Manuscript Award, and the Bristol MyersSquibb Ondetti & Cushman Award for Scientific Innovation.
