Dr. Sibylle Neuhoff is a Senior Scientific Advisor in the Translational Science in DMPK team at Certara UK Ltd. (Simcyp Division), specializing in PBPK/PD modeling, oral drug absorption, transport, metabolism, and toxicity. She holds a degree in Chemistry from Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and earned her PhD in Pharmacy from the Uppsala University, Sweden.
At Simcyp, she leads a team focused on translating in vitro data to predict in vivo pharmacokinetics in humans and animals. She contributes to the development and implementation of models within the Simcyp Simulator and the SIVA toolkit, supporting drug discovery and development through virtual population simulations and transporter kinetics modeling.
Dr. Neuhoff is actively involved in consultancy projects for pharmaceutical clients and her research interests include pharmacogenomics, enzyme-transporter interactions, endogenous biomarkers, and predictive modeling of metabolic clearance and drug-drug interactions.
She has contributed and delivered over 70 PBPK workshops (e.g., on MIDD, transporter, FIH, DDI, and best practice) globally and is a frequent speaker at international conferences. Her work is widely published in over 75 peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters (ORCID: 0000-0001-8809-1960).
