Paul Diderichsen is Vice President and Regional Lead, Europe/Africa, in Certara’s Quantitative Science Services practice. With a background in applied physics and a PhD in mechanism-based modeling from the Technical University of Denmark, he brings over two decades of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and consulting.
Paul has worked at AbbVie and Novo Nordisk and has been with Certara for nearly 15 years, partnering with a broad range of clients across biotech and pharma. He leads multidisciplinary teams delivering pharmacometrics, model-based meta-analysis (MBMA), and quantitative decision-support across all phases of drug development. His expertise spans population PK, PKPD, exposure–response, and C-QTc analysis, supporting both exploratory and regulatory interactions. Passionate about using modeling and simulation to inform decisions and reduce development risk, he is driven by the impact of seeing therapies he has supported reach the patients who need them.
