The {esqlabsR} package extends the capabilities of the OSP Suite by providing user-friendly, quality-controlled workflows for PBPK and QSP modeling in R. Built on top of the {ospsuiteR} infrastructure, this package supports automated scenario definition, model parameterization, sensitivity analysis, and parameter identification. The framework prioritizes reproducibility and minimizes coding errors by structuring scenario definitions through Excel templates and providing a GUI via an R Shiny interface. In this session, we will demonstrate the application of the esqlabsR package for regulatory submissions, illustrating how it reduces manual workload, enhances transparency, and facilitates quality-controlled report generation.
