Dear Colleagues,
It is with great pleasure that, on behalf of the Planning Committee, we invite you to join us at the much-anticipated 2025 American Conference on Pharmacometrics (ACoP 2025).
Location & Date:
Mark your calendars and prepare to breathe in some fresh Colorado Rocky Mountain air! ACoP 2025 will be held from October 18-21, 2025 at the Gaylord Rockies, Aurora, Colorado, USA.
Theme:"Ascending New Heights: Envisioning The Future Landscape of Quantitative Pharmacology”
Traditionally, quantitative pharmacology is primarily about interpretation and interpolation of clinical study data, as well as the optimization of clinical trial designs. While these remain core for quantitative pharmacology, the traditional scope has broadened as we move into a new era of exciting innovations and expanded applications. With groundbreaking methodologies and emerging technologies, we now have many tools to generate new insights by leveraging real-world data. There are many new opportunities, but a few examples could include simulation of clinical trials based on real-world data, utilization of digital twins to predict clinical outcomes, and use of virtual control arms for rare diseases or pediatric studies.
This year’s theme reflects our shared aspiration to embrace emerging technologies as a community: ascending to new heights by generating novel solutions, integrating advanced methodologies and technologies, expanding scientific horizons, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes, all with the goal of improving patient care. It is this leap forward that we wish to celebrate at ACoP 2025.
ACoP 2025 will commence with a preconference on October 18, 2025. The main conference will feature a wide array of exciting scientific sessions, poster presentations, awards, Special Interest Groups (SIG) events, dedicated activities for students and trainees, tutorials, and vendor-sponsored workshops, as well as numerous networking opportunities.
We look forward to welcoming you to Aurora for an inspiring and memorable ACoP 2025!
Sincerely,
Joy Hsu, PhD
